Havregrød for breakfast

1. Poor in 1 cup of oats (haver)
2. Poor in 2 cups of water
3. Put in half a tea spoon of salt
4. Put in a full spoon of sugar
5. Put the plate in the microwave for 3 minutes
6. Stir the whole lot after 2 minutes in the microwave. So after this another minute in the microwave
7. Put over a thin layer of sugar and than cinnamon (kaneel)
8. Eat away.....and get strong
